Career Overview

I stared out on my career teaching Physical Education, spending 8 years in secondary education. My experience includes teaching secondary Physical Education whilst working along side and with School Sports Co-ordinators and NGB such as England handball. I was appointed Programme managers of the BSc (Hons) PE and School Sports 2013 and was intrinsic to the design and development of the Programme.

I have had several articles published in PE Matters (AfPE) and presented work shops at AfPE's annual conference at St James Park. More recently, presented findings and knowledge surrounding authentic learning environments and its benefits within higher education.

My most recent venture has been to enrol on the EdD Education at UWE where I will continue to develop my profession knowledge and practice in the world of Education.
