Career Overview

I’m a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching, Programme Manager for BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching, and passionate youth sports coach. My interests centre around lifelong physical activity and high-quality coaching at grassroots level. I have experience working at a School Sport Partnership supporting the delivery of high-quality physical education and at a County Sports Partnership developing workplace physical activity with workplaces such as the Gloucestershire Constabulary, EDF Energy and NHS Trusts. I’m a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and creating more inclusive work and sporting environments for all, having founded the Neurodivergent Network at Hartpury University that works internally and externally to achieve these goals.
