Sophie joined Hartpury college and decided to stay for university as it’s a really lovely place to be, with great people and an extraordinary campus. She loves the size of Hartpury university, as it gives her a family environment feel and she can easily get to know more people.
Hannah loves the combination of practical sessions and lectures as they help her to understand and apply what she's learning. She's gained real hands-on experience through work experience and has been carrying out pitch-side first-aid to develop her practical skills. Through participating in second and third year clinics, she has also gained an insight into what she'll be doing in her next two years.
Hannah completed her Batchelor's and Master’s degrees in Strength and Conditioning at Hartpury University, and now she's doing her PhD at Hartpury too. She has always loved sport and truly believes she's found her niche. She'll be able to support, educate and coach athletes all the way through a career.
What Daniel loves most about Hartpury is the environment, as it is situated in a slightly more rural environment than most other universities. One of the best things Hartpury also has to offer is the staff, who are very welcoming and friendly, looking to get to know you as an individual rather than just a class and their willingness to help you succeed and push the limits.
Henry has always loved sport, so Hartpury was the perfect place for him to study. He's able to learn essential skills for his future career and then apply them in real life, using all the top-level facilities that are available at Hartpury, as well as playing sport at a high level. He chose the Sports and Exercise Science degree because it will provide him with many options in terms of his future career in sport.
This degree was the perfect choice for Jade, as it combines her passion for nutrition with her lifelong interest in sport. She first came to Hartpury as an equine student. While it was amazing to experience new things on the equine degree, playing for the Sports Academies and getting involved in extra sports opportunities made her realise her true passion. So, she changed my career route and has never looked back.
Stephen has always dreamed of playing football, but he believes that getting a degree is the most essential thing in his life. He chose Hartpury because it’s recognised across the world as a top provider for sports education, and would allow him to follow his passion for football whilst also studying his sports business degree.
David loves how how friendly everyone is and how approachable the staff are at Hartpury. He chose Hartpury as they offer the Access to HE Sports Science diploma. The support he received was phenomenal. Within two weeks he knew Hartpury was the place he wanted to study.
