Submitting your results

If you are holding a conditional offer with us you will need to send us your grades as soon as possible after they have been released. The best way to do this to ensure that your results are processed as quickly as possible is by using the online portal on our website – you’ll receive some more information nearer the time with a link to the portal.

Your forms

You must bring your completed forms with you to enrolment. Download and print your forms. Fill in the paper copies and keep them somewhere safe and remember to bring them to your enrolment.

Our Aspire learning support team is here to help you make the most of everything Hartpury has to offer and succeed in your studies. We can offer additional study support and help with physical difficulties, wellbeing, and specific learning differences.

Join a Sports Academy

If you're serious about sport and compete at a high level, we'll support you to achieve your peak performance in your chosen discipline. 

Membership costs £140* for the year and includes AoC (Association of Colleges) competition entry fees, transport to fixtures and training where required, and access to kit, equipment, and facilities for training with qualified coaches.

International students | Attend your Student visa webinar and start your visa application

3 April 2024

If you're not a British or Irish citizen, it's very likely you'll require a visa to study in the UK. You can start applying for your Student visa, six months before your start date at Hartpury in September 2024. This will give you plenty of time to get your visa approved, providing you meet the eligibility criteria.

Join our Student visa webinar to prepare for your next steps. Our International Admissions and Immigration Manager, Charlotte Phillips, will talk you through the Student visa application process and answer your questions, so you're clear on what you need to do and when.

Apply for accommodation 

15 April 2024: Applications open

If you want to live on our beautiful campus and join a ready-made community in a secure and vibrant environment, you may be able to. Visit our accommodation page to discover our on-site accommodation options.

Accommodation is not included with your academic offer, so you'll need to apply when booking opens. Demand is high and accommodation is limited, so we allocate based on priority groups.

Your Enrolment Pack

You’ll receive Your Enrolment Pack in June 2024 in the post and via email. Packed with important information about coming to Hartpury, it includes your enrolment date, what to bring, and details on what to expect from the day. It also contains your kit list, essential forms to fill in, payments to make, what to do when you get your GCSE results, and information on accommodation and moving in.


International students | Your Passport to Hartpury

If you're an international student, you'll also receive a bespoke Passport to Hartpury guide with information about traveling to and joining us in the UK. It contains advice on booking flights, what to bring, arriving at Hartpury, settling in, and more.
