2. Meeting your academic conditions

If you’ve received a conditional offer, you will need to start working towards meeting the academic conditions detailed in your letter – which includes your academic qualifications and you may also need to provide proof of English language proficiency.

Once you have met all your conditions your offer will become unconditional and your place to join us at Hartpury will be confirmed.

As soon as you receive your qualifications, you will need to complete our qualification collection form to process your acceptance.

When you receive your results, if you do not have the grades you were hoping for, try not to worry. Our International team will be in contact to discuss alternative options that may be available to you.

3. Providing proof of English language

All students need to have a certain level of English language before studying with us. This is to ensure you will be successful in your studies and during your time in the UK. You may also need to provide proof of English language proficiency if you are applying for a visa.

4. Applying for your visa

If you do not hold a UK or Republic of Ireland passport, you will need to apply for a Student visa to study in the UK. You can start applying for your visa up to six months before the start of your course.

The immigration process can appear quite complex but our International team will help guide you through every step of the process and provide specialist support on applying for a new Student visa or renewing an existing visa.
