Level 3 Extended Diploma Sport (Football)

Do you want to develop your own football skills and performance, alongside the study of coaching and training? If so, this two-year Extended Diploma is for you.

You will gain a valuable insight into coaching and training techniques for a range of football populations, from young children to elite professional players. You will also be given the tools needed to examine your own play and team play, ensuring you improve and develop as a player throughout your time with us.

Fitness training for performance in football, development of football skills and coaching are just some of the football-related subject areas that will be explored.

Career and education opportunities

When you have successfully completed this course you have the opportunity to progress on to a foundation degree or full honours degree level, dependent on your overall achievement.

Completion of the course also gives you the opportunity to begin a career in a sports related field, including options to potentially coach football in England and abroad.
