Our Home-to-College bus service booking platform is managed by smart transportation company, Zeelo. Users can create an account via the Zeelo website, browse our routes, find your closest bus stop, check the cost, and book your annual ticket and collection point via the Zeelo website.* Your ticket will be an easy-to-access QR code on your phone, that the driver will scan when you board the bus.

Cancellations:
Our shuttle bus service runs regularly between Hartpury campus and Gloucester, with reduced services on weekends and during the summer.
The weekday service is operated by Zeelo, fares can only be purchased through the Zeelo app. The route varies slightly on Saturday, make sure you check the timetable to ensure you’re at the correct collection point. A full timetable, including the adjusted timetable during flooding, is available on the Zeelo website: Hartpury College Shuttle Service | Zeelo.
The Saturday and Sunday service are operated by Hartpury University and is free to use, you do not need to book. The Sunday route varies from the weekday and Saturday routes, make sure you check the timetable to ensure you’re at the correct collection point.

Stagecoach Bus #351: This bus travels from Gloucester to Tewkesbury, stopping at Hartpury on the main A417 outside campus, Monday to Saturday.

Subsidised Bus Pass: If you're under 19 as of 31 August of the year you enrol, you may be eligible for a subsidised bus pass through your Local Education Authority. Applications should be made directly to the council.
Registered vehicles can park on campus for free in designated areas. Ensure your vehicle is registered with Student Services.
We encourage students to reduce their carbon footprint by cycling. Secure bicycle sheds are available on campus. You will need to pay a deposit for a key to a bicycle shed, through our online shop. Once you have paid you can visit main reception (Student Services) and collect your key.
If you choose to cycle, please be cautious on the main road (A417) entering Hartpury as there is no direct segregated cycle path to campus all the way from Gloucester. However, you can use the National Cycle Network, route 41 and route 45 to reach the campus from Cheltenham and Gloucester. This route is a combination of segregated cycle paths, tow paths and on-road sections between Maisemore and Hartpury campus where you will share the road with vehicles may be driving 50-60 mph. If you are a confident, safe rider, you can plan your route using the links below:

Gloucestershire County Council will be carrying out overnight resurfacing works on the A417 (Maisemore) and the C67, affecting access to Hartpury campus overnight between Friday 12 and Thursday 18 September (excluding the weekend).
Shuttle bus service changes:
*Reduced evening service: between 7pm and 10pm one 16 seater minibus will operate between Hartpury and Gloucester - no prebooking available. The last minibus departs from Hartpury at 9.40pm and the last minibus departs Gloucester at 10pm. Monday to Wednesday the last coach service to Gloucester departs campus at 6.40pm.
Access to campus
Campus is still accessible during the road closures, via alternate routes, more information available here. Between 7am and 7pm you can access campus as normal. If you need to return or leave campus between 7pm to 7am the farm exit will remain open for essential travel.
