Cross-training and power lifting gym


Our cross-training gym gives you access to the cardiovascular, resistance and free-weights equipment used for fitness and recovery sessions. Equipment includes:

  • Spin bikes
  • Treadmills
  • Rowing machines
  • Cross trainers
  • Resistance band machine

The cross-training gym is open seven days a week, and all students are able to purchase gym membership at a low annual cost.

Our power gym is equipped with a range of weights, including squat racks and Olympic lifting platforms, and the majority of our sport academy athletes’ strength and conditioning takes place here.

Whilst most timings are for our Sports Academies, walk-in/booking times are available for all students;

    • 7—9am & 12—1pm
  • Tuesday
    • 7—8am, 11.30am—12.30pm & 4—5pm
  • Wednesday
    • 7—9am & 11am—1pm
  • Thursday
    • 7—9 am, 11am—12.30pm & 3—4pm
  • Friday
    • 11.30am—1pm

Running on campus

Aside from our gyms, our campus is the perfect place for those who love to run outdoors. With a 360-hectare campus surrounded by beautiful countryside, you won't be limited in running routes!
