How to submit your results

If you’re holding a conditional offer with Hartpury College, you’ll need to send us your grades as soon as possible after they've been released. The below guide explains how to do this and what happens next.

Submitting your results

To ensure that your results are processed as quickly as possible, please submit them to us using our online portal. You should have received an email from us with details of how to log on and, if necessary, reset your password.

If you can’t submit your results through the portal, you can inform us of your results by telephoning our Admissions team on +44 (0)1452 702 244.

Please note that our phone lines will be extremely busy and we’ll answer your call as soon as we can. If you are able to submit your results through the web portal, we would encourage you to do so as this will ensure that your results are processed as quickly as possible.

Submit your results

It’s important that you submit your results by no later than 3pm on Thursday 1 September 2022.

Results received after this time may still be processed, however your offer of a place on the course will no longer be guaranteed.

What happens next

If you’ve achieved the grades that you need to meet your offer, we’ll confirm your place and send you confirmation via email.  Please note that confirmation that you have been accepted onto a course does not constitute confirmation that you have been allocated a place in our accommodation.

If you’re currently on a wait list for a room, our accommodation team will contact you as soon as a bed becomes available, and will be contacting everyone who remains on a wait list before Friday 2 September 2022 with a further update.

If you’ve achieved better grades than expected and wish to be considered for a higher-level course, please give us a call to request.  We can take confirmation of your results and your application will be passed on to the course team to consider.

If you haven’t achieved the results that you need to meet the terms of your offer, a member of the relevant course team will review your application and may contact you to discuss your options. We may still be able to offer you a place on the course, or an alternative, and we’ll send you confirmation of our decision by email.

The review process for applicants who haven’t met the terms of their offer, or those wishing to be considered for a different course, will not begin until we’ve received results for the majority of our applicants, so the earliest that you can expect to hear from us is Tuesday 30 August 2022.
