A Level 3 Extended Diploma Sport (Performance and Excellence in Golf) student, Ben tasted a tremendous amount of individual and team success during his time at Hartpury.

Following his graduation in 2007, Ben made his debut for the England A squad in 2009, before perhaps one of the biggest wins of his career: The Lee Westwood Trophy in 2010.

Futher success came in the same year as he also won the Wiltshire County Championships at Cumberwell Park Golf Club and finished a highly impressive eleventh place on the English Golf Union Order of Merit for 2010, almost breaking into the top-10 amateur golfers in the country.

Following this, Ben found further success in 2012 winning the New South Wales Cup in Australia before being selected as part of the full England team, winning his first cap in a match against Spain where he won two out of three points in an England victory.

Ben was then a member of the winning England team in the Home Internationals competition.
