The cross-training gym gives access to the cardiovascular, resistance and free-weights equipment used for fitness and recovery sessions. Equipment includes spin bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers. All students are able to purchase gym membership at a low cost and it is open seven days a week. Our power gym is equipped with a range of weights, including squat racks and Olympic lifting platforms. Our strength and conditioning degree students are able to gain a wealth of practical experience here and in the new Rider Performance Centre gym.
