If you live on campus and are looking to get into Gloucester or Cheltenham, or if you're living at our Gloucester Hartpury accommodation and want to get to campus, Hartpury University is served by a shuttle bus service and public bus connections.

Parking on campus

If you plan to bring a vehicle to Hartpury College, you'll need to register it and apply for a parking permit through the Hartpury parking app.

A range of permits are available, including student, residential and accessible parking options.

Many Hartpury students travel from the same towns every day. Our carpool platform lets families share those journeys, cutting costs and giving students a reliable way to and from campus, inside a closed, verified Hartpury community designed around the safeguarding of students, parents and staff.

Secure bicycle sheds are available on campus if you prefer to cycle. 

Hartpury is well served by taxi services, including discounted rates for Hartpury University students. You can book a local service or call and Uber.

Gloucester Train Station is well connection across the country via Birmingham and Bristol and can be used in connection with the Hartpury run shuttle bus to reach campus. This station is run by GWR where you can book direct or use an app.
