Hartpury University Travel Bursary

Your open day or applicant day visit

We know how important visiting campus is to your decision-making process. We’re delighted to offer a limited number of travel bursaries to support with the cost of attending an Open Day at Hartpury University.

We could contribute up to £50 to your travel expenses. This can be using the train, bus, or car for your journey.

Outline criteria:

  • You must be a UK based applicant, applying for your first undergraduate degree.
  • You’ve booked and attended an open day or an applicant day.
  • Your household income is less than £42,000.

You can apply using our online form below up to a week after your visit, please read our terms and conditions for more information on eligibility.

Transport Minibuses

We offer a free shuttle bus service to Hartpury campus for your open day

Will you be arriving by bus or train to central Gloucester?

Our free service is a ten minute walk from the train and bus station. Head to Jane's Pantry on Westgate Street (What3words: moons.rugs.parksand look out for our Hartpury minibus. You don't need to buy a ticket, just show your open day ticket to the driver. When you arrive on campus, head to Graze restaurant to let us know you're here. 

You can also return to Gloucester on the shuttle bus service.
