Undergraduate visit opportunities

Campus tours

For those interested in joining from September 2023 only. We run monthly campus tours with a current student. Please note you will not be able to go inside our accommodation or meet teaching team members. Tours will last approximately 90 minutes and give you the opportunity to see subject-specific facilities.

If you’re an international prospective student, you can get in touch with our international team at international@hartpury.ac.uk to arrange a one-to-one tour to suit your travel arrangements.

Applicant events

Once you've applied to study at Hartpury University, you'll be invited onto one of our applicant events, which are taking place across February, March and April.

Our applicant events are an ideal opportunity to decide if we're the right place for you, and include a practical course lesson, designed to give you a taste of your subject and course.

Applicants receive an invitation directly from our admissions team, which includes dates, times and key information.

You'll meet industry-expert lecturers, chat with current students and see our outstanding facilities, that draw students from across the globe.

You'll also find out about essential university topics such as finance, accommodation, student support and more. Through handy sessions, we'll help you make the right decisions about your future.

Postgraduate visit opportunities

Each tour is led by an experienced postgraduate student ambassador or member of staff, who’ll be able to provide an insight into student life, explain what a typical day is like and you will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour to expand your understanding of life at Hartpury as a postgraduate student.

We'll also chat with you about the possibility of meeting teaching staff and a member of the Admissions Team, while visiting us.

Prospective students can book an online appointment, taking place through Microsoft Teams, with one of our programme managers. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss our courses and options for postgraduate study at Hartpury University.

Our postgraduate open events provide you with an opportunity to talk to our academic teams about the courses on offer and how our qualifications could help to change or progress your career.

Why not visit the Cathedral city of Gloucester? Just four miles away, Gloucester has a range of dockside eateries and shopping facilities. This central location is also home to our off-site accommodation Blackfriars. Perfect if you want to be at the heart of city living.

Nearby picturesque Cheltenham is a shopping hub and home to the infamous racecourse. While the Forest of Dean is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Gloucestershire is a vibrant county. Whatever your interests, you’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive student community.
