Terms and Conditions
Scholarships are available only to students studying programmes delivered by Hartpury University at its Gloucestershire campus. Programmes delivered wholly online, through a partner institution, or at an overseas location are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
Applicants whose tuition fees are fully funded by an external sponsor are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applicants may only hold one Hartpury scholarship. Where a student is eligible for more than one Hartpury scholarship, only the scholarship of the highest value will be awarded. Other Hartpury bursaries, funding or discounts may not be combined with this scholarship unless expressly stated otherwise.
Scholarship awards cannot be applied towards a tuition fee deposit. Any required tuition fee deposit must be paid in full by the relevant deadline, irrespective of any scholarship award.
If a student defers entry, the scholarship offer will be withdrawn. Students may be considered under any scholarship scheme applicable to their new year of entry.
If a student withdraws from their programme of study, the scholarship will be withdrawn and tuition fees will be adjusted in accordance with the University's tuition fee policies.
Scholarship recipients and award values are determined by the University's scholarship selection panel at its sole discretion.
All decisions are final and there is no right of appeal.
Hartpury University reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the scholarship scheme and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
