Hartpury College is not like a traditional sixth form college. Studying on our specialist College and University Centre campus offers unrivalled opportunities to expand your horizons and achieve your ambitions, from getting a place at the university you want to opening the door to your dream job.
We’ll give you all the care and support you need but we’ll also treat you as an adult and an individual.
Our A-level offer is unique – combining academic study with a world of enrichment opportunities – and we’re skilled at helping students to balance their elite sport or riding commitments and their studies. You’ll also have access to our exceptional sport, equine and animal and land facilities within a thriving international community. Plus there’s no school uniform of course!
Our students have achieved excellent results with us and many progress on to the UK’s top universities. We’ve even had an Oxbridge offer and other students have gone on to secure sports scholarships in the USA!
We’re currently working on online applications but, in the meantime, to apply to study for a Diploma course, A-levels or an apprenticeship at Hartpury College, you’ll need to download and complete this application form and send it back to us by either:

Once we receive your application, we will write and invite you to attend an interview and written assessment with a member of staff on your chosen course. The interview is an opportunity to discuss the course content, ask any questions you may have and go on a tour of the campus. If you are successful at interview, we will send you written confirmation of your offer on the course - subject to you achieving the required GCSE grades (there will be a form on the website for you to provide us with these on results day). Accommodation and transport details will be sent with this letter (confirmation offer) if you requested this. Please note you cannot apply for transport or accommodation unless you have been offered a place.
During the summer before you start at Hartpury, we will send you details about your joining instructions, which includes information about induction and enrolment and the kit and books you may need before you start.
