Getting ready to travel

1. Booking your flights

The closet airports to Hartpury are Birmingham International (BHX) and Bristol (BRS), both only an hour away.

London’s airports; Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN) and Luton (LTN) are all less than 3 hours travel to Hartpury.

However you choose to arrive in the UK, all five airports have rail links to Gloucester. Hartpury is just a short bus or taxi journey from the train station. Alternatively, you can book your airport collection below.

2. Confirm your arrival information

To ensure we are fully aware are prepared for when you’ll arrive at Hartpury, complete the international student arrivals information form to confirm your travel and arrival details.

3. Book your airport collection

We offer a free airport collection service for all new international students when you first arrive in the UK.

Once you book your collection, our transport team will be in touch to provide all the information you need to meet your driver in the arrivals area.

If your flight is cancelled, delayed or you are not on your flight, you must telephone our International team on 0044 (0) 1452 702 344 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) or our Transport team on 00 44 (0) 7975 951267, so they can inform the driver.
