Successful completion of the Certificate of Completed Secondary Education (Attestat) with grade average of 3 out of 5
Successful completion of the first year of a Bachelors degree (Bakalvr) with grade average of 3.5 out of 5
Successfully completed the degree at a recognised Russia institution or university, with an average score of 3.5 out of 5.
