Entry requirements

Successful pass in Year 12 of High School/ Senior Secondary School Graduation Diploma.

Successful pass in either a relevant Intermediate Professional Education Diploma, relevant Vocational Intermediate Diploma, or a successful completion of the first year of a Vietnamese bachelors degree with CGPA or 6.5/10 where 10 point scale is used or CGPA 2.5/4 where 4 point GPA scale is used.

Successful completion of a four year bachelors degree with a CGPA of 6.7 or above where the 10-point GPA scale is used, or 2.5 or above where the 4-point GPA scale is used.

English Language requirements

To study at Hartpury you must demonstrate that your English language ability meets the requirements for university-level study. We accept a number of Secure English Language Tests (SELT) for entry onto our degree courses, with IELTS being the most common.

Regional Scholarships

We are offering £2,000 scholarships to Vietnamese undergraduate and postgraduate applicants joining Hartpury University in September 2026.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, the scholarship will be awarded automatically once your application has been approved.

The award will be applied as a tuition fee discount against your first year of study. To retain the scholarship in subsequent years, you will be required to maintain a minimum overall grade average of 60% (upper second-class).
