No, you don’t. If you enjoying playing sport but don't want to be part of an academy, you can join one of our clubs run by Hartpury Active or one of our SU clubs or societies.
You have to be studying at Hartpury University or Hartpury College to be eligible to play in one of our academies.
Sports Academy membership is split into two performance-based tiers, Tier 1 and Tier 2. The different tiers give you access to the right level of support and services for your sport and performance goals.

If you pay the Sports Academy Membership fee, the gym membership is included in this cost (2026 entry).
If you are not part of the Sports Academy but want to join the gym, you can simply purchase gym membership separately.
