Rebekah studied BSc (Hons) Veterinary Nursing at Hartpury and did her placement year at B&W Equine Practice.

What I do on my work placement

"I did my second year work placement at B&W Equine Practice. It involved carrying out the duties of an equine veterinary nurse, including caring for patients after surgery, trotting up horses for lameness examinations and carrying out on call duties. I think that my placement has greatly widened my understanding of how the veterinary practice functions. My ambitions for the future are to carry on working for such an established practice and to go on to become a head nurse."
